Creative Services Request Form
The following form may be used by students, faculty, and staff to request support in a variety of areas that are related to COEHS marketing and communication efforts.

The COEHS Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM) reviews incoming requests daily. Our review process includes ensuring the request serves the College mission, strategic plan objectives and strategic communication priorities, as well as ensuring we have the bandwidth to meet your needs and deadlines.
Below is a small sampling of the types of work you may request from COEHS OCM along with respective turnaround times for each:
- Design services: Flyers, digital advertisements for COEHS TVs, social media posts, brochures, and other types of collateral - to the College’s channels: 5 business days
- Email campaigns: 10 business days; may be longer if we need to request and receive an audience list from the Data Team
- Photography and headshots: Dependent on location and team availability
- Faculty Search related support including for prospective faculty presentations.
