Chloe Peterson-Foust is originally from Pueblo, Colorado, but has significant family ties and experiences in Albuquerque. She grew up visiting family in Albuquerque during winter and summer breaks throughout childhood and college. Chloe attended Colorado State University Pueblo where she received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology, with Magna Cum Laude honors. She also has extensive experience in graduate-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling coursework, and additionally worked as an intern counselor for a residency position in the private practice counseling sector.

Chloe is excited to support and collaborate with students to create space for deep learning alongside excitement and joy within their time at UNM. Her goal is to explore each student’s opportunities and strengths and is eager to encourage self-knowledge as well as growth within advisement.

Out of the office, you might find Chloe in a dance class, performing on stage at the National Hispanic Cultural Center, reading a good book, or spending time in nature! She also enjoys cooking, music, watercolor painting, and immersing herself in all types of art.
