COEHS Researcher finds Teen Sleep affects Teen Mental Health

Associate Professor of Family & Child Studies Ryan Kelly has found fresh evidence that teens' sleep patterns have an impact on their mental health. “If you don't get enough sleep not only does it impact you tomorrow, the effects persist over time,” Kelly said.
