Athletic Training Program Curriculum
UNM’s MSAT program consists of a 60-credit coursework-only option and a 66-credit thesis option. The program is a 2-year program that starts in early July and ends in mid-May each year. Students are admitted into a cohort once per year that starts in July.
Students must reside in the Albuquerque Metro Area to complete all program requirements. However, students may possibly reside outside of the Albuquerque Metro Area during the final spring semester as they complete their Immersive Clinical Experience. This is dependent on clinical site availability and approval of program faculty.
