Pathways for Academic Support and Success (PASS)

While we honor the foundational legacy of the Center for Student Success, we are proud to transition into the Pathways for Academic Support and Success (PASS). This evolution recognizes the vital work of our previous leadership while aligning our identity to reflect a modern, forward-thinking vision for student achievement. Our new name signals a renewed commitment to innovative support strategies that meet the changing needs of today’s academic landscape.

Our unit provides a comprehensive continuum of care designed to empower students at every stage of their academic journey, from initial inquiry through graduation.

Our mission is to foster academic support and success by aligning strategic recruitment with proactive academic advisement and data-driven retention efforts, ensuring every student has a clear, supported pathway from enrollment to graduation.

By bridging the gap between prospective outreach and degree completion, we offer a centralized hub for academic success and holistic support. Through the seamless collaboration of recruitment, advisement, and retention services, we empower students to achieve their academic goals by providing consistent guidance, early intervention, and a transparent roadmap to degree completion.
We facilitate a smooth transition for incoming learners while providing personalized academic advisement, peer mentoring, and

specialized workshops—to ensure student support exists throughout their academic journey.

Our mission is to foster an inclusive environment where students can navigate the complexities of higher education with confidence, ultimately equipping them with the tools and resilience necessary for both academic excellence and professional readiness.
