APS middle school students lead workshop on restorative practices with COEHS teacher residents
Special Education Faculty, Layla Dehaiman, and UNM alumna, Erin Chávez, have been training staff and students at Garfield Middle School in restorative practices for over four years. This collaboration focuses on building relationships and repairing harm. These students, known as the Circle Keepers, are now training COEHS teacher residents on the use of restorative practices. The next training on March 4, 9:30-11:30am, is opened to UNM faculty and students. If interested in participating, register at https://forms.office.com/r/wvC7jNtxVi
