Special Education Faculty Engages in International Collaboration

Assistant Professor Allison Nannemann was invited to give the pre-conference talk at the 10th International Conference on Inclusion in Wuppertal, Germany. Her presentation was titled “Self- Determination for Students with Disabilities: Empowerment for Learning and Life.” The conference focuses on developing international research collaborations.

Research teams formed around curriculum and instruction for incarcerated youth, dynamic testing in inclusive education, reforming inclusive and special education, and trauma-informed multi-tiered systems of support for refugee students.
